RSS Feeds |
RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication. RSS feeds allow you to view the latest content on a website without having to visit the website where you have taken the feed from. This free content feed system offers an easy way to keep up to date with our news throughout the day. Our RSS feeds deliver headlines, one-line summaries, pictures and links back to the news on our website.
How do I start using RSS feeds?
You first need to install a piece of software called an RSS feed reader/aggregator. A feed reader receives (aggregates) and interprets site feeds, and then displays them all in one place, in real time, for reading pleasure. Step 1: Install any of these RSS readers:
- Desktop news readers for PCs: RSS Bandit, News Crawler and FeedDemon
- Desktop news readers for Macs: Newsfire and NetNewsFire
- Web-based news readers: NewsGator and Bloglines
- Web browsers with integrated news readers: Firefox Live Bookmarks, Safari, Opera
