• Complete tender forms.
• Provide proactive support to other team member on current projects and help them drive these forward.
• Provide quality control regarding the accuracy of the completion of tender forms.
• Maintain central information.
• Assist with implementing the new projects
• Managing the Director's diary
• Assist with collating information for proposals
• Work closely with industry analysts and the rest of clients and sector specialists.
• Extensive document formatting required, using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
• Attending meetings and writing reports
• Construction of worker's monthly work schedules
• Payment of salaries and wages
• Compilation of invoices for tax purposes
