- Maintain cost effective estimations and accurate handling of internal sales
- Assist customers with repairs and warranty enquiries
- Stock control of spare parts and equipment
- Do the daily schedules for all the drivers
- Update all back orders and liaise with management
- Liaise with customers, queries and complaints
- Expedite orders to completion in conjunction with the warehouse
- To handle difficult situations regarding clients
- Check methods for better quality and traceability issues
