the banking sector where I specifically dealt with Customer Services,
in the transport sector where I dealt with the operations of the
company being a Junior Manager and the construction industry where I
was a Building Project Officer. I have always been very involved and
successful at my job.
For the past four years I have worked as a customer services
consultant at Absa Bank one of the largest bank in country where I
have developed my customer service skills. My duties included,
accurately updating client details on the CIF and BDP systems.
Ensuring that correct documents are provided for CASA and FICA,
resolving client queries immediately and provide feedback. Working
for a bank assisted me in working successfully with difficult clients
and achieving the best service results.
Although I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am looking for a new
challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to develop
my career further.
