Experienced in Business Management in the financial industry
Show profile Hide profileI have a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Graduate School of Marketing Management (GSM), and this is a three year course equivalent to a degree.
I have 16 years of work experience and the better part of these years were in the financial industry, I have worked as a Business Manager for the Standard Bank Small Business, Relationship Executive for Absa Business Banking, Relationship Banker for Nedbank Small Business.
In all this positions I had a portfolio of clients that amount to 800 groups of clients. I had to look for opportunities for my clients to improve their businesses, grow by client base, increase and exceed sales, adhere to risk measures and source out new business. I proactively engaged with clients (face to face, telephonically and electronic) and rendering facilitation sessions about their businesses challenges, adhere to risk and policy measures. I analysed their business sustainability and provide consistent feedback with regards to interactions.
I also coached and monitored their performance as per agreed laid down measurements, negotiate better price concessions on their behalf and apply due diligence on credit lending. This required constant communication with the clients to keep them updated on developments regarding requests and outcomes.
