Novare appoints CEO

Financial services group, Novare has appointed Romeo Makhubela as its new CEO of Novare Actuaries and Consultants. Makhubela's role will include generating growth, driving strategy and operations as well as managing and retaining client relationships. Makhubela will furthermore be an executive member of Novare Holdings. Makhubela was previously CEO of All Weather Capital.
