Land Bank makes interim appointments

The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa has made a number of interim management arrangements following the appointment of Bennie van Rooy as its acting CEO. Chief risk officer Konehali Gugushe will report to Van Rooy as acting CFO, while senior general managers Sakhumzi Diza and Nafiza Khan will oversee the risk and credit functions of the CRO.

Kone is a qualified CA who joined Land Bank in 2015 and has a wealth of financial and risk management experience and in-depth knowledge of the bank and its processes. Diza and Khan are both members of the risk team and are familiar with the bank and its risk management processes.
