Bowmans appoints new banking and finance head

Bowmans has appointed Shamilah Grimwood as its new head of banking and finance.

Grimwood's role at the law firm will include the management and implementation of the firm's strategy for the banking and finance sector.

Grimwood has also worked for Bowmans for the last three years as a partner in the project finance practice group and has headed up the firm's Infrastructure sector group.
