Baker McKenzie makes new appointments
Baker McKenzie has selected Morne van der Merwe as the managing partner of its Johannesburg office.
The law firm has also appointed Darryl Bernstein as its new head of dispute resolution, Nick Altini as its new head of the competition and antitrust practice and Kieran Whyte as its head of the energy mining and Infrastructure (EMI) practice.
