Store Manager

Role description
Salary: R20,000 + commission

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service
• Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a serious, committed professional who is ready to lead with excellence. This is not an entry-level or training role.

• Applicants must meet the core requirements listed above to be considered. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience managing a large or flagship store.
• Confident in enforcing policies, driving performance, and taking initiative without the need for micromanagement.

Role requirements:

• Has 5-10 years of retail management experience.
• Extremely organised with excellent memory recall.
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as a high level of computer proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
• Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement.
• Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused.
• Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions.
• Confident in managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example.
