Job description
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/SAP Administrator to join our growing business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day sales administration, ERP/SAP processing and data integrity, retailer data management, month-end support, process improvement and inventory controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices
- Supplier and customer reconciliations
- Journals and general ledger
- SAP/ERP master data
- SAP/ERP data alignment with key retailers
- Retailer Data (Product Data, Listings, Ranging Etc) and product asset management
- Inventory support
- ERP reporting
- Stock and product reporting in trade
- Process improvement
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- SAP Experience Essential
- Advanced Excel
Highly Desirable
- Retailer online portal experience
- Import & distribution
- FMCG
- Power BI
