Today, 19 August 2017, Loeries guests were welcomed by Unilever CEO, Luc-Olivier Marquet, to the annual informal network brunch at the California Dreaming Restaurant on Durban's beachfront.

Facebook hosted 40 of South Africa's top advertising students at a Durban Passions Instagram Hack, which was held at the Facebook Creative Hub. The hack was centred around Instagram and stories and the students had to use a mobile device in quick, creative ways to connect with passions via Instagram.
