Agri SA, Agbiz meet with Ramaphosa and Dlamini-Zuma

Agri SA and Agbiz have held discussions with national planning commission for policy and evaluation minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma and President Cyril Ramaphosa. The discussions were aimed at introducing a sector-based approach to inclusive growth and employment specifically for the agro-food value chain.

Agri SA president Dan Kriek emphasised the commitment of Agri SA and the Agri-Sector Unity Forum (ASUF) to resolve the land and other challenges confronting the primary agriculture industry specifically. Ramaphosa called on leaders in the sectors to work together with government and to remain engaged with Dlamini-Zuma.
