Asoc Fund I acquires, recapitalises Skynet South Africa

Asoc Fund I has acquired and recapitalised Skynet South Africa, which is part of international courier and express parcel network Skynet Worldwide Express.

The recapitalisation will enable the implementation of a business model transformation that will see the business refocus on domestic and international express parcels, establishing a virtual client contact centre and optimising current branch and depot infrastructure among other operational initiatives.
