RCL acquires 49% of Botswana's Senn Foods Logistics
RCL Foods (formerly Rainbow Chickens) on Friday, 7 March 2014, announced the acquisition of 49% of Botswana's largest cold chain distribution business Senn Foods Logistics for P65.5m (R79.9m). The acquisition is via RCL's subsidiary, Vector Logistics. Source: I-Net Bridge
