Delheim releases new Shiraz, Chardonnay

Delheim has release its new vintage Shiraz 2012 and unwooded Chardonnay 2013. The Shiraz is recommended with pot roasts, venison, hearty bredies, Moroccan-style lamb and mature cheddar. The Chardonnay goes well with a cream-based exotic mushroom tagliatelle; steamed crayfish, a chicken salad sprinkled with mango and macadamia nuts or try it with snoek fishcakes served with grilled sweet potato wedges. The Shiraz retails from R103 per bottle and the Chardonnay from R77 per bottle, available directly from the estate or at selected wine outlets and supermarkets countrywide.
