Rickety Bridge releases Brut Rosé, try in new tasting room

In Franschhoek, Rickety Bridge has launched its maiden Cap Classique, the Rickety Bridge Brut Rosé 2010, a blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir. Patrons can try it out at the estate's new tasting room 'Tasting Room in the Vines', which is housed on an elevated platform with a three-sided full-height glazed façade and offers views of the vineyards with the Franschhoek Mountains in the background. Delightful on its own, the Brut Rosé is recommended with fresh oysters, shellfish, especially steamed crayfish and salmon, and sushi or duck at a retail price of R110.
