New national operations manager for Rainbow

Rory Matthews, current regional operations manager for the KwaZulu-Natal operations of Rainbow Chickens, has been appointed national operations manager, based at the Vector Support Office in Westville, effective from 1 January 2011. He will be responsible for developing and implementing the operational strategy for all of the national warehousing and distribution operations, including primary transport, while ensuring customer service levels are maintained and setting key performance objectives across all operations.
