Mother of Gao press day hosted by H&M

Slow fashion designer Katlego Mokwana recently showcased her brand, Mother of Gao, at a press day event hosted by H&M at its showroom at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. As the winner of the Emerging Designer award at the 2024 Twyg Sustainable Fashion Awards, Mokwana received a cash prize of R100,000 to support the growth of her business as well as access to mentorship and networking opportunities from H&M South Africa.
