I have a medical Directory called WebMed for south Africa. For Doctors and Medical Services to add Listing.

i need some ideas on How can i earn with my medical Directory. Currently my site positioned
in google No1. for Medical Directory South Africa. And I have 18000 unique visitors every months.
Iam not good in marketing , but i do have people paying for the Banners , and for listing. I need your opinion, what i can use to Generate more income. Affiliates or Direct marketing . ect
