Buy a bracelet and support World Rhino Day
South Africans are encouraged to support World Rhino Day on 22 September by buying an Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) Rhino bracelet with the signature 'R' bead, thereby making sure that all the profits from the sales of these black, grey and white bracelets go towards good.

The bracelets are made by Relate Bracelets, who use a unique, transparent and sustainable business model that ensures that all profits are divided into thirds and are used entirely responsibly.
So far, one third of the profits from sales of EWT's Rhino bracelets have garnered more than R350,000, money which was spent on a variety of interventions in the fight against rhino poaching, including anti-poaching and sniffer dogs and providing a rapid response platform for rhino orphans to help ensure the survival of rhinos in Southern Africa.
Another third of the profits provides earning and upskilling opportunities for local men and women who make the bracelets and are invested into creating enterprise development initiatives. The final third is used for materials and running costs.
