[Mandela Day] SACOB to donate 67 bursaries in 67 minutes
Each entry will require students to complete an application form and a motivation, you can choose from the following short courses:
- Entrepreneurship
- Taxation
- Conference and Events Management
- Human Resource Management
- Customer Service and Call Centre Management
Applying is easy. Simply log onto www.SACOB.co.za and click on the '67 bursary' banner from 10am till 11:07am (67 minutes) on 18 July, and you could win a bursary to study one of SACOB's short courses. Applicants will be required to complete all their details and leave a short motivation.
These courses are suitable for anyone, whether you want to upskill yourself in your current career, or you're just starting out.
All courses will begin on 24 August 2015 and run for 10 weeks, applicants must be available to study during that time. Access to a computer and the internet is a requirement as these online courses require regular, active participation. There are no entry requirements.
The bursary includes all study material and full access to the online classroom, which means you have access to video lectures, quizzes, discussions with your lecturer and peers, as well as access to the student question and answer platform where you can ask all your content related questions.
SACOB's principal, Stacey Henn, said: "We share Madiba's belief that education can change the world and look forward to this time of the year where we can once again show our support and honour Nelson Mandela by empowering 67 individuals with the ability to further themselves and their studies."
