Xavier Saer live at the Blues Room

Peruvian author, humanitarian, media personality and musician, Xavier Saer will be appearing live on stage at the Blues Room, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 8 October 2009 at 8pm.

Performing songs from his recently released album, “Angels In The City”, Saer will also give the fans the pleasure of hearing two new songs, which he is currently working on and are not part of the album.

Having based Angels In The City on a true story of hope and inspiration, his music is very spiritual and brings a strong awakening to the souls of everyone who listens to it.

The sound of your soul

“My music is as live as your heartbeat, that is the most beautiful sound in the world, the sound of your soul,” says Xavier in describing his music.

His first album “Ser Asi” (To Be Me) was produced by an Grammy Award nominee. He has also had the opportunity to perform for the Prince of Seychelles. Since then he has shared stages with the like of Chris Martin of Coldplay, Loyiso and Latin Grammy award nominee Adriana Mezzadri.

Recording with Sunette Bridges

Xavier's ability to sing in four languages: English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese has enabled him to work with other top musicians from different walks of life. A Greek version of his current Radio single, Unbelievable, which is on the album Angels In The City, is being recorded by one of Greece's top female artists, Ina Lazopoulou. He is now recording various tracks with Sunette Bridges, one of South Africa's top Afrikaans artists.
