SA companies can no longer afford to ignore extended producer responsibility

Since launching her first collection in 2004, Jarebrink was catapulted into the spotlight as one of Europe's most trend setting fashion icons, dressing amongst others Dido, Katie B and Eliza Dolittle. Edgy, yet understated glamour underpins the designer's work that embraces femininity.
In the country to introduce the range, she offers collections in footwear, accessories, jewellery and garments.
South African fashion entrepreneurs Brandgroup International will be adding her label to its growing stable of global fashion and design brands which includes Tiger of Sweden. "We have cherry picked high-end boutiques nationwide to carry the Nina Jarebrink brand in South Africa," says MD Nitsa Comninos-Rose.
The collection features fabrics of raw silk, suede silk and silk chiffon in flowing caftans, airy blouses and body-hugging key pieces. Dominant colours are copper, cobalt blue, off-white, black and gold.
