A new residential property forum has formed in Pretoria to display residential property opportunities for members seeking to acquire prime real estate, including buy-to-let property.
Launched by Pam Golding Properties (PGP), Retha Schutte, the company's regional executive Pretoria, is inviting interested parties to contact her for a free personal consultation to explore the potential benefits of becoming a member of the forum.
Schutte, who has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, is well placed to identify and select property opportunities that will be available to members to preview. In addition to this, members can also benefit from the company's experience in the rental market and rental accommodation in the Pretoria area.
Members of the forum will be invited to special events where they will be afforded the opportunity to preview and potentially acquire new, sole mandate property releases across the Pretoria region.
