The Look & Feel Good Expo will be held for the first time in the Mother City from 10 to 12 September, 2010, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. It will focus on health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing.

There will be experiential and interactive health and wellness workshops with practical advice to create long-term change in your life and lead a more fulfilling existence. The expo will also feature celebs and experts, showing you how to extract the most from 21st-century living.
