CGCSA Summit 2013 - closing date approaching
The Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA) Summit 2013 encourages those who haven't registered to attend the conference to do so as soon as possible here www.cgcsa2013.co.za. This event will help to energise the consumer goods industry (CGI) by looking at the real issues facing it every day and offering those in attendance clear responses and practical tools for success.
Following the huge success of last year's conference CGCSA is pleased to invite past and new delegates to this year's installment the organisation says. The summit will take place on the 15 and 16 October at the Forum, Bryanston, Johannesburg. The CGCSA Summit advisory panel, consisting of top management from a number of major South African CGI businesses, have put their heads together to bring delegates a rich and relevant agenda, reflecting the true expectations of retailers, suppliers and third-party service providers. Key themes to be addressed at the summit include:
- The SA industry agenda;
- Global and local trends and dynamics affecting the trade;
- Marketing - Driving customer and shopper behaviour;
- Supply chain - Effecting real efficiencies; and
- Field sales - Winning at the POP.
"We at CGCSA are working once again to deliver a meaningful consumer goods industry event," says CGCSA CEO, Gwarega Mangozhe. "This year the CGCSA Summit 2013 is all about keeping it real - we will look at the burning issues facing us every day and provide delegates with practical solutions to their most pressing business imperatives. Finally, we hope delegates will join us in showcasing the industry as the powerful force that it is."
As it is a not-for-profit event developed for the industry and by the industry, the summit is inexpensive to attend and group booking discounts are available here www.cgcsa2013.co.za.
