Do you want it fast? Or full?

Stuck in traffic and running late for work but your petrol tank is empty? Or perhaps you cannot remember the last time you checked your vehicle's oil, water and tyre pressure? Total South Africa recently introduced its 'Fast vs Full' initiative - an uncomplicated forecourt offering which allows motorists to choose from two services with the use of two simple words: 'Fast' or 'Full'.

The initiative provides drivers with a selection of Fast Service, fill-up only, or Full Service, consisting of tyre pressure, windscreen clean, oil & water check - vital ongoing maintenance that we often neglect to do.

"Survey results have revealed that motorists who are in a hurry only want to fill up their vehicles, and do not want to waste time with all the Full Service offerings. By providing our customers with choice, we are saving them time and putting their motoring requirements first" says Reina Cullinan, marketing manager for Total South Africa.

'Fast vs Full' service is a standard offering at all service stations across the country. All forecourt attendants have been carefully trained and briefed to provide the best and efficient services to motorists who pull into any Total forecourt.
