New Slowine range out for Christmas
The Slowine range of wines, produced by Villiersdorp Cellar, in partnership with Bot River wineries, Beaumont and Luddite, has now been expanded to seven wines with the addition of the Slowine Chenin Blanc 2010 and the Slowine Sauvignon Blanc 2010. The new vintage of the Slowine Shiraz, 2009, has also just been released. The name is inspired by the philosophy of Slow Food.
Both the Sauvignon Blanc 2010 and Chenin Blanc 2010 (maiden release) retail at R35 to R40 and the Shiraz 2009 (new vintage release) at R40 to R50. The range is currently available nationally at independent liquor stores and select restaurants.
