Boshoff has been with Zonnebloem, part of Distell, for eight years as the white winemaker. In his new position, he will run the day to day operations of the cellar, which produces about 120 million litres of wine per year, and manage more than 50 staff members.
“I believe in adding value to every step of the winemaking process, ensuring wines of consistent quality at every level. I want to ensure satisfaction every time someone opens a bottle of our wine,” says Boshoff.
