Fore Good appoints new CEO, CFO
28 Apr 2009
The Snack Factory brand launched 15 years ago and has a range of savoury snack products in the ground nut, specialty nut, packaged popcorn and corn segments. Fore Good will continue to outsource production to the current Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) approved manufacturer headed up by Craig Lowenthal.
Craig Clemence heads up the Snack Factory brand for Fore Good and says, “We are planning on strengthening resources and increasing investment into the brand. Besides a strategy that will focus on integrated sales, key business development and a marketing programme which aligns the brand to retailer and consumer demand, activities will also include accelerating national distribution, sales and merchandising.”
“From a marketing and brand perspective, the acquisition is a great opportunity to take advantage of consumer demand for more wholesome alternatives that meet their needs of on-the-go and healthier snacking,” says Jason Frichol, Group Brand Strategist at the Fore Good Investment Group. “It is the group's philosophy to strategically invest in partnerships and ventures that stimulate brands and create captive markets. We're looking forward to The Snack Factory emulating the success of our other brands.”
