V&A winter packages

The Winter Conference Special package is valid from 1 June 2007 to 31 August 2007 and includes the following:

• A Full English Breakfast
  
• A selection of teas and filter coffees, savoury muffins, dried fruit and homemade biscuits
  
• Mid-morning tea/coffee break with cereal health bars as well as yoghurt covered cashew nuts
  
• A two course set menu lunch or finger lunch
  
• id-afternoon tea/coffee break with energy drinks, chocolates and nougats

At R725.00 per person sharing or R1095.00 per single booking, the fully inclusive conference package requires a minimum booking of 10 rooms. The group conference booking rates include the cost of standard conference equipment and venue hire as well as complimentary mineral water at each conference table.

Full and half-day conferences are also available and include all of the above mentioned conveniences, barring accommodation and the Full English Breakfast. Full day conferences are R245.00 per person, while half-day conferences cost R195.00 per person.

Prices are, however, subject to a minimum of 10 persons and this offer is valid from 1 May to 30 September 2007. A bed and breakfast conference rate – for the same period, 1 May to 30 September 2007 - is priced from R965.00 per person sharing.

For a special day out of the office, the V&A Hotel has also teamed up with the Maharani boat offering a one hour scenic trip of Cape Town’s famous working harbour. Begin the day’s conference with a cup of steaming and fragrant coffee before knuckling down to business. There’s a mid morning break where teas and coffees are served along with energy boosting health snacks and then at lunch time amble across to the Maharani where a picnic lunch awaits you. This package is available for a maximum of 14 persons and is priced at R395.00 per person.
