Social Media and Content Manager — full-time, remote

Compensation: $1,500 USD per month

Are you great at turning conversations into content that people actually want to watch, read, and share?
Kalish & Jaggars, PLLC is seeking a creative, organized social media professional to help grow our firm’s online presence. You’ll work directly with our team to turn videos, podcasts, and ideas into engaging content and manage consistent publishing across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
This is a dedicated, full-time remote role. Candidates based in South Africa are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do:

• Turn longer videos and podcast recordings into engaging short clips, including selecting strong moments, editing footage, and adding captions.
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and posts that reflect our voice.
• Create graphics, carousels, and other content using Canva or similar tools.
• Develop and manage a content calendar with frequent posting across multiple platforms.
• Bring fresh content ideas and help us prepare topics for recording sessions.
• Schedule and publish content, adapting it to each platform.
• Monitor comments and messages, referring inquiries to our team as appropriate.
• Track performance and recommend improvements that help us reach the right audience and generate inquiries.

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good judgment about what makes an opening hook, clip, or headline engaging.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas to the table.
• Reliable internet and availability for regular collaboration during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Experience working with U.S. businesses, professional services, or personal brands is a plus. Prior legal industry experience is helpful but not required.

   Question 2: Imagine we give you a one-hour podcast recording about divorce and parenting. Walk us through how you would turn it into a week of engaging social media content. How would you choose the best moments, create strong hooks, and decide whether the content is working?
