We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales Consultant to join our retail team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, where you will have the chance to showcase your excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to prioritize customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
- Willing to travel
- Willing to relocate
- Good communication skills
- Can work individually or in a team
- Hard-working
