Key Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience as a scrum master or Agile project manager within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
- Scrum certification preferred:
- Professional scrum master (PSM)
- Certified scrum master (CSM)
- Experience within product-driven and custom software development environments.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and delivery challenges at a high level.
- Proven ability to coach and support multiple agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Self-driven with strong ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work closely with product owners, development teams, and delivery managers to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage communication around delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and impediments.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint commitment management.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and effective use of Agile delivery tools.
- Provide Agile reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve blockers and delivery dependencies.
