Key responsibilities:

• Leadership and management: Recruit, train and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Customer engagement: Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by contently going above and beyond.
• Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Operational excellence: Oversee inventory management, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain dealership standard.

• Proven experience as a sales manager, in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
