We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who is organised, commercially aware, and confident in managing digital clients end-to-end. This role suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working collaboratively with internal teams, and delivering work that achieves clear, measurable outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that digital strategies are well executed, timelines are met, and clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the work being delivered.
What you’ll be responsible for client and account management
Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital briefs
Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Digital performance and reporting
Monitor campaign performance across relevant digital channels
Compile and present reports with clear insights and recommendations
Work with internal teams to optimise campaigns based on performance data
Support clients in understanding results and next steps
Internal coordination
Brief creative, media, and digital teams clearly and accurately
Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback loops
Ensure quality control before work is shared with clients
Collaborate proactively to keep projects moving smoothly
Commercial and operational support
Assist with budget tracking and scope management
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or add value to client accounts
Contribute to refining internal processes and ways of working
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a Digital Account Manager or similar role
Agency experience is essential
Solid understanding of digital marketing (social, paid media, content, web)
Comfortable working with performance data and reports
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
