Currently an independent brand and communications consultant working directly with businesses and a variety of brand and advertising agencies.
Previously an Exco member for the Interbrand Johannesburg office, I helped to guide the strategic intent and success of the business overall. Contributing to the development of the overall business strategy each year and implementing across the business. I am very passionate about what I do, and defining real purposes for our clients business is what gets me up in the morning.
I thrive on quality delivery and creating value for both our clients businesses and ours. I believe that thought leadership, rigor and consistency are the foundation of a successful business.
Working with client partners, my approach is immersion and insight first, gleaning a deep and rich understanding of the client, customer and industry using research, analytics and ideation to gather insights and identify breakthrough opportunities. I have strategically guided both local and global immersions, working with internal analytics teams and external research houses.
My role as client lead has been to partner with clients strategically, creatively and using technology to build brand and business value. By defining the businesses purpose, identity and role the clients brands play in the world, and have successfully launched a number of new and redefined brands in South, East and West Africa.
