Assisting the senior accountant with finalisation of annual financial statements for audit purposes;
Assisting the senior accountant with preparation of provisional and annual tax returns;
Preparation of projected income and cash flow statements for new financial year;
Preparation of price list for new financial year;
Completion of tenders for customers;
Responsible for any information technology upgrades and requirements.;
Preparation of management accounts for monthly members' meeting;
Preparation and payment of monthly and bi-monthly returns (PAYE ; VAT);
General personnel matters - salaries, etc.;
Creditors Control;
Debtors Control;
Cash flow and stock control;
Factory administration: Production planning; distribution planning; quality control;
Attending to quotations and enquiries;
Planning production & purchasing, distribution and stock control;
Attending to general personnel matters;
Responsible for all information technology matters;
Cash flow control - attending to outstanding debtors;
Reason to leave:
Gain even more corporate experience as I am nearing the end of my MBA studies.
