BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
RMVD Madidimalo studied National diploma in Biotechnology (Microbiology and Chemistry) at Technikon Witwatersrand now University of Johannesburg and also obtained a certificate in Customer Services management (Business Marketing, Business communications, Principle of Business Management, Customer Relationships & Customer services management) from UNISA. He then joined Rand Water Scientific Services Division - Analytical Services Laboratory in 2001 as an in-service training student (Temporary Biotechnologist) and later became a Microbiology analyst (Scientific assistant) them moved to Laboratory Customer Support where he assumed the position of SAMPLE CO-ORDINATOR (Water quality monitoring & field projects) for six years and now leading his close corporation Limwiz Management & Consulting cc & SEKODI TRADING ENTERPRISE cc. He is a very vibrant energetic professional passionate about water quality issues in WQMP with its safety management and water sampling is his area of expertise. Also a qualified ETDP?SETA Assessor SOR number is 167109 and an Associate Member of WISA (Water Institute Southern Africa - membership No.23721). Also participated as a support consultant of Department of Water Affairs (water services regulation) as an assessor for blue and green drop during national implementation. Assisted Inquisitive Quality Consulting (IQC - Dr Machiel Steynberg) in Assessments and training of Environmental Health Practitioners (EHPs) in UKhahlamba DM in Easter Cape province with the programme in line with blue and green drop preparation for January 2010 assessment. Co-presented a Water Sampling NQF level 2 skills programme with Lentle Performance Improvement & Development Consulting at Polokwane Local Municipality. Currently developing a custom-made public awareness campaigns covering and promoting global climate change initiative, water quality monitoring, water regulations management, regulatory performance management system (RPMS) and water safety plans/multiple-barrier approach (W2RAP-Risk abatement planning support) to support local municipalities in community outreach programmes(Adaptation & Mitigation Campaigns).
