Advertising Quotations /Tender Closing/ Tender Verification and Compliance checking: CIDB, CIPC, National Treasury and SARS/Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE/Knowledge of Procurement Principles and Practices/RFQ's Opening/Emailing Suppliers for outstanding Documentations for Database
• Provide procurement administrative support activities to other Managers and User
Departments
• Database annual invitations selection of prospective providers
• Monitors the annual Performance of Service Providers
• Assist in Auditor General Queries and Internal Auditing
• Monitors the Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo tender bulletin and awards report
• Facilitate and conduct site briefing
• Update tenders awarded report and tracking report-Verification
• Monitors supplier/s performance
• Monitors the sourcing initiatives against contracts
