My name is Greg and I am currently employed by a manufacturing/logistical company in Johannesburg but unfortunately the company cannot guarantee the duration of my stay with them, hence I am seeking alternative employment.
I have worked in the Direct Marketing/ Call Centre environment for 7 years. My ability to handle pressure and strong co-ordination skills led me into supervisory capacity after only 2 years, holding the role of Team Leader and Project Coordinator for various projects.
These opportunities allowed me to develop my planning and implementation skills.
My B.Comm in Marketing and Business Management has given me the theoretical background necessary for the application of business learning's.
The majority of my experience has been in the call centre environment (both locally and in the UK) on various sales and customer services project. This is an environment that I am comfortable in, but I am open to new ideas and I would consider positions in new and "DIFFERENT" environments should any positions become available.
