Receive and manage payroll process with regards to salary increases,
new engagements, overtime, medical details, retirement funds, resignations, garnishee orders, leave
Collate, check and input all dat received for the month on the system
Conduct final checks and changes
Rerun the payroll by set deadline
Arrange for authorization and transfer of fundsto ensure sufficient funds
Ensure salaries are paid on time as per specified pay date and distribute
All employee payslips on allocated days and do payroll backups
Ensure accurate final third party payments are processed and paid timeously
