Geoffrey Wright is an artist and photographer exploring the wild tamed landscapes of shores & mountains of Southern Africa. The family farmhouse, where he was born has views toward the city of Cape Town. Over the decades he has watched the lack of urban planning and the abundance of human greed spread to encompass the farmlands, wineries and wilderness. His landscapes capture a historic period where humans trod gently on the earth. His portraits of people in Africa and North America capture a passion of soul. His art conveys the message of the reality of our responsibility on this earth.
