Media Tech Africa 2019 is a biennial trade show that brings creative thought to life within six verticals: broadcast - TV and radio; film and video production; digital media; pro-Audio - lighting - staging; audiovisual integration; and studio - recording - DJ.

The 6 th annual Bokeh South African International Lifestyle & Fashion Film Festival Gala Awards took place this past weekend, 13 July at the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town.

As part of its partnership with the SA Guide Dogs Association, Montecasino's executive management team suggested names for the association's newest additions. Following the final decision made by the SA Guide Dogs Naming Committee, the labrador puppies were named Bella and Mario.

The 66th annual Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity had its final evening on 21 June 2019. The 2019 Film Lions, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Lions, Glass Lions, Titanium Lions, and the Young Lions winners were announced during the final Cannes Lions award ceremony.
