ALW signs Fastener Agencies as industrial property tenant

ALW, a Johannesburg-based property development and management company, recently announced the signing of a five-year lease by Fastener Agencies for an industrial space totalling 832m² at the SAS Business Park in Germiston.

Fastener Agencies were looking for conveniently located, safe, A-grade, mixed-use industrial premises for their warehousing and offices. SAS Business Park met these requirements, with its tailored space developed by the ALW team.
