“We continuously work to achieve great success year-on-year and our recent acquisitions will further solidify our positioning and brand promise - particularly in Gauteng,” says Only Realty Group director Brad Allen.
This is the Groups’ third acquisition during 2021, and fifth since the end of hard lockdown in 2020, of smaller established real estate companies operating in niche areas that represent the same expertise and professionalism that has been the keystone of Only Realty’s sustained growth.
“While others are downsizing during this period, Only Realty Group views the current property landscape as marked with opportunity – we were founded in 2008, one of the toughest economic climates that our country has experienced until now,” comments managing director Grant Smee.
The opportunity to expand the group through collaborating with energetic and dynamic entrepreneurs remains the focus of the leadership team at Only Realty, where the current economic climate has created many opportunities nationally, where South Africans have no option but to take control of their own futures. “We will continue to look at opportunities to support entrepreneurs looking to establish a property business or to acquire existing property businesses,” concludes group general manager Megan Ladbrook.
