TFG empowers Namibian youth with NAD$1m

SOS Children’s Villages Namibia was chosen as the organisation to support by TFG’s Namibian store employees. TFG believes involving its employees in CSI decision-making processes as they want them to support and be a part of the journey in making a difference.

TFG’s CSI mission is to develop opportunities for employment and with their new education empowerment project, this would enhance the quality of educational opportunities for socially disadvantaged children towards improved quality of life. This project will be targeted at 250 primary and 400 high school learners and will include the following focus areas:

• Improving educational standards
  
• Enhancing teaching methods
  
• Developing optimal school conditions
