All whites excluded from BBEEE - proposal

Fin24 reports that the changes stipulate that only black people qualify in terms of BBEEE and that 'black' people are defined as Africans, Coloureds and Indians only but includes all those immigrants who have been naturalised in South Africa.

Afriforum says its lawyers are studying the proposed legislation before lodging any formal objections to the bill, Fin24 reports.
