    Acting Judge of Constitutional Court appointed

    President Jacob Zuma has appointed Justice Fayeeza Kathree-Setiloane as Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court until 30 December 2017.

    The Presidency on Wednesday, 26 July 2017, said the appointment is in terms of section 175 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996.

    Justice Kathree-Setiloane is a Judge of the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court.

    Justice Kathree-Setiloane will be acting in the position of Justice Sisi Virginia Khampepe who will be on vacation leave.
